The first thing I noticed was the value for money - it was really affordable compared to other hotels in the area. The location was perfect for me because it was in a quiet suburban area with clean air, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two beds which was perfect for my family. And the breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a good start to the day.
All was good, no improvements needed.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area close to Intoto hill with a beautiful view of the city. the staff is exceptionally friendly, always helpful, and eager to assist the guests. the food is great, with national and various other choices available at all times. the rooms are clean, and room service is prompt and enjoyable. Private parking and available bar and restaurant services are available to guests.
The hot water pressure was poor and hardly flowing in some of the rooms, making it hard to take a comfortable shower.

The room service was efficient and the room was regularly cleaned. the hotel provided affordable rates for the stay including breakfast. the best aspects were the friendly staff and a beautiful garden area for taking photos.
The location of the hotel is too far from the main cities and the nearby area seemed to be highly polluted. the shower area needed improvement as the water did not drain properly.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. Lastly, the hotel's location in a quiet suburban area provided a peaceful atmosphere with clean air. It was a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
All in all, I couldn't find any major faults with this hotel.

During my city break, I stayed at a hotel located in an excellent area, a short distance from great local attractions and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and the room was clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, which were convenient and well-received.
Although overall, my stay was enjoyable, I did have some minor complaints. the additional cost for laundry services seemed quite expensive.
